This is an eBay buy for the start of a Rock Crawler. This is how it was listed: "1997 Jeep TJ it has a Dodge 400 v-8 with aluminum intake and Edelbrock carb, 727 automatic transmission, Dana 300 transfer case, Dana 44 front end it is a Dodge with the full time hubs. Has a Dana 60 rear end with a limited slip in it. Both front and rear are 4.11 gears. Wish-boned the rear gives a lot of flex and used dodge springs on the front. The front portion of the frame has rebuilt with box tube very stout. No seats. Brakes work well engine fires right up and the Jeep does drive. Jeep has 15-42-15 tires on it and the front drive shaft is not installed." (slightly edited by me) The body tub is in pretty good shape, except for the un-disclosed dent and crinkle on the front drivers side. It is now going back on eBay minus the transfer case. We just don't have the time and it's not exactly what we wanted! |
